What is CSS?

CSS is cascading Styling Sheets.

You use this language to structure your HTML documents, all websites that are styled contain CSS whether it being inline CSS or not.

CSS is quite simple to learn and it's pratically mandatory if you know html, to know CSS to style your html.

CSS3 is the most advanced CSS at the moment. CSS2 is the one you will probably start learning and than prosper up to html5,and css3.
